The Summit Community Care Clinic provides comprehensive, coordinated health care to low-income, under- and uninsured people who live or work in Summit County, Colorado - at a cost they can afford.

Our clinic is the health care home for the uninsured in Summit County. With an integrated health care model, medical, dental and mental health care work synergistically. Services at the Care Clinic include:

- Primary and preventative health care (same day or scheduled appointments)
- Reproductive health services
- Oral health care
- Physical therapy
- Medication evaluations
- Universal drug and alcohol screenings
- Behavioral health and substance abuse treatment

In 2008, we saw a total of 12,622 visits - serving 4,783 patients. 85% of our patients are at or under 200% of the federal poverty guidelines.

25% of our budget comes from patient fees, and we currently have an 88% collections rate, despite the fact that the unemployment rate for our patient population went from 8% in 2008 to over 30% in 2009.
